Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Nagpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, policy implementation, and compliance to ensure a productive work environment. Other responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, performance evaluation, and supporting management in strategic HR planning. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of Compliance, HR Policies, and Employment Laws
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Professional Development
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic HR initiatives
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant technological tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
