Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Nagpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. This position requires collaboration with management to align HR practices with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition
- Experience in training programs, employee development, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and demonstrate leadership in driving a positive workplace culture
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PHR/SPHR are a plus
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry, is advantageous
