Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, designing and updating HR policies, managing attendance and leave records, and supporting payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance team. The role involves handling employee engagement initiatives, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Manager will also provide guidance to leadership on workforce planning, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes, with experience managing full hiring cycles.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including policy implementation, performance management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the Indian market.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a supportive work environment.
- Ability to coordinate training and development programs, including identifying skill gaps and arranging relevant learning opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including comfort working with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and basic HR analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist is highly preferred.
