Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Sonipat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are executed efficiently. Daily tasks include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
- Skills in training and development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the consumer durables or mobile accessories industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
