Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day HR activities such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and payroll processing. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing employee engagement initiatives, developing and maintaining HR strategies, and supporting organizational development goals. Effective communication with various team members and leadership stakeholders will be pivotal to success in this role.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Recruitment Strategies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Compliance with labor regulations
  • Expertise in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement
  • Experience in Payroll Processing, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for data management
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle confidential information
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications like SHRM/PHR preferred)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to work on-site at the Saharanpur location
