Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for various roles (sales, operations, site staff, etc.)
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Monitor performance management systems and support appraisal processes
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Preferred Qualities:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Experience in managing field staff and sales teams is an advantage.
