We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience recruitment operations,Vendor Management,Team Management.
Experience : 5+Years
CTC : Upto 12 LPA
- Pune, India.
- Hybrid Working - (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office, weekend work as needed)
- Shift Time : 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Flexibility in working hours required depending on current & potential vacancies occur
1. Policy Enforcement & Compliance
Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership on all people-related matters.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employee handbook provided by GGT.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee HR documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Align HR policies with parent company GGT policies and adapt them to local business needs.
2. Day-to-Day HR Operations
Serve as the single point of contact for all people issues within the organization.
Manage daily HR activities, including employee queries and issue resolution.
Provide functional oversight to HR Admin for statutory compliance and payroll coordination.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and timely reporting.
Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, people management, and employee concerns
3. Champion Culture & Employee Relations
Promote and uphold inclusive and people-centric culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and people matters.
Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support managers in applying HR frameworks and addressing team concerns.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Manage engagement, welfare, and training budgets effectively.
Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and recommend improvements.
Promote employee well-being and inclusion.
5. Performance Management Support
Partner with leadership and managers to ensure effective performance evaluations and improvement plans.
Support employees in delivering performance review cycles in line with GGT guidelines.
Ensure managers follow performance processes and provide feedback effectively.
Participate in succession planning and retention discussions with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
6. HRIS & Data Management
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership and parent company.
Ensure compliance and alignment with GGT reporting standards.
7. Parent Company Liaison
Act as the HR contact point for GGT for audits, reporting, and global HR initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication, change management, and implementation of global HR processes locally.
8. Team Collaboration
Provide functional oversight to HR Admin (who handles HR administration).
Collaborate closely with HR Admin and Office Administration team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Clearly define ownership between operational HR responsibilities and administrative execution.
9. Learning & Development
Identify organization-wide training and development needs for existing employees.
Coordinate external leadership development, soft skills, and compliance training.
Ensure alignment with parent company GGT learning frameworks where required.
