Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce management. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment efforts, fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with team leaders to identify organizational needs and assist in designing training and development programs to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
