Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, office position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will also coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain HR records and HRIS data, and support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team. This role requires frequent interaction with employees at all levels, fostering a positive work culture and supporting change management as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation practices in India.
- Experience in designing and implementing training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools, and basic understanding of payroll and benefits processes.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
