- Position: HR Manager
- Location: Mumbai (On-site)
- Experience Required: 12–15 years in HR Generalist & Operations

- Industry Focus: Life Sciences & Biopharma preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Design & Succession: Create job-level based Org Charts, identify internal talent pipelines, map competency-level skills gaps, and design equitable salary grids.
- Strategic Goal Setting: Work directly with leadership to turn our Mission and Vision into actionable, cascading financial and non-financial goal sheets.
- Compensation & Performance: Refine performance-linked incentive frameworks and collaborate with Finance on annual compensation reviews.
- Talent Architecture: Establish standard behavioral interviewing frameworks to ensure deep alignment with company values across technical panels.
- Core HR Operations: Oversee compliance, workforce planning, policy management, and track core HR analytics (attrition, engagement, training).
đź“‹ Who We Are Looking For
- Education: MBA in HR, or Bachelor's/Master's in Biotechnology (with strong HR experience).
- Expertise: Deep command of Strategic HR Planning, Labor Laws, Goal-setting frameworks, and HR Analytics.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skills: Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
