Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations across Raju Ki Chai outlets and corporate teams. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, and ensuring consistent application of company standards and labor regulations. The Human Resources Manager will handle performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs to support a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include resolving employee concerns, maintaining HR documentation, coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders, and supporting workforce planning for new and existing locations. The role works closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and sustain a high-performance, people-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Skills in performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in India.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets or teams, with sound organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment; prior experience in F&B or café chains is an advantage.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools, including HRIS, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
