Job SummaryRaj Process is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent management. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Lead training & development initiatives
- Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence across departments
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs
- Coordinate with management on organizational development initiatives
Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 8–15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills- Experience in factory HR operations
- Exposure to audits and statutory compliance
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
