Position: Hr Manager
Location: Thane - Manpada
Experience - 6+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across academic and non-academic roles.
Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, performance appraisals, promotions, and exits.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and professional development plans.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain statutory compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Ability to multitask, make strategic decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and people management practices.
