Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join us full-time at Queen Mira International School, in Madurai. This on-site role involves overseeing and managing the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. The HR Manager will also plan and implement HR policies, coordinate performance management processes, approach employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and school policies. The role requires working closely with management and staff to foster a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Processes, and Onboarding
• Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Proficiency in Training, Development, and Performance Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
• Experience in the Education sector or a similar industry is advantageous
