Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations and initiatives to support a growing logistics organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering compensation and benefits. The position involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs, design training and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also requires monitoring HR metrics, recommending improvements to HR practices, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including job design, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience in HR operations such as employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, and payroll support.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, with the ability to coach managers and team members.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace policies, including health and safety and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and development programs, and support career progression and succession planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment is preferred.
