About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline HR operations while bringing structure, accountability, and consistency across teams. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the HR function and work closely with leadership on people-related decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the complete employee lifecycle - onboarding to exit, including documentation, confirmations, and FNF.
- Performance & Appraisal Management
Drive the appraisal process, KRA rollouts, probation reviews, and ensure timelines and structures are followed across teams.
- Payroll & Compliance Oversight
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, LOP, etc.) with accuracy and ensure statutory compliance including PF and related processes.
- Policy Design & Implementation
Review, strengthen, and enforce HR policies. Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence across the organization.
- Employee Relations & Discipline
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and behavioral issues with a balanced but firm approach. Ensure workplace discipline is maintained.
- Hiring & Workforce Planning
Manage hiring across functions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closures with the right quality of candidates.
- Process & System Building
Identify gaps in current HR processes and implement structured systems for smoother operations and tracking.
Work closely with leadership and team managers to align HR practices with business needs.
Drive clear, structured, and timely communication across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience (agency/startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and performance management
- Proven ability to handle HR independently with minimal supervision
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to maintain authority while being approachable
