🔥 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end HR strategy across PAN India operations
✅ Drive retail hiring, workforce planning & talent management
✅ Build KPI-driven performance management systems
✅ Lead employee engagement & retention initiatives
✅ Ensure labor law compliance & HR operational excellence
✅ Drive HR transformation, automation & process standardization
✅ Build high-performance retail culture across stores & corporate teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in Retail / QSR / Consumer Electronics HR
✔ Expertise in multi-location workforce management
✔ Hands-on experience in PMS, employee engagement & HR operations
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC & compliance
✔ Leadership experience managing large distributed teams
✔ HRMS & HR automation exposure preferred
