Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding, administering HR policies, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support learning and development. This position also manages HR operations such as payroll coordination with finance, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in HR Role.
- Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience with performance management, objective setting, and feedback processes.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Experience using HRIS or HR software and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
Compensation : 3,00,000 p.a. - 5,00,000 p.a.
