Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, defining HR strategies, and supporting the development and retention of staff. The role also encompasses designing training programs, managing payroll, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and management of talent acquisition processes
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
- Skills in organizational training, development, and performance management
- Analytical skills for managing payroll and HR budgeting
- Proficiency in HR management systems and software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
