Manager – Performance & Operations | People & Governance – Mumbai (Client Site, Real Estate)
We are looking for a structured, high-ownership professional to embed at a leading real estate client site, driving governance discipline, performance clarity, and execution accountability. This role acts as the on-ground extension of People Equation’s advisory mandate, ensuring intent translates into structured outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Operating Rhythm: Institutionalize daily/weekly/monthly review mechanisms, define KRAs/KPIs, track milestones, and strengthen accountability across cross-functional teams (Projects, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Legal).
- Performance Systems: Support rollout and adoption of Performance Management Systems (goal-setting, reviews, calibration, performance-linked pay), and align manpower planning with project pipeline.
- Structured Hiring & Capability Building: Anchor structured hiring for critical roles, support competency-based interviews, and enable targeted learning & development interventions.
- Partner & Client Interface: Provide structured weekly reporting, highlight execution risks early, maintain documentation hygiene, and protect People Equation’s brand presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- An MBA – HR with 10–14 years’ experience in Consulting, PMO, Transformation, CEO Office, Business Excellence, or structured HR transformation roles.
- Exposure to promoter-led or mid-sized Indian businesses preferred.
- Strong structuring ability, commercial maturity, and comfort with dashboards & numbers.
- Gravitas with senior stakeholders, ability to influence without authority, and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
