Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the strategic goals of the organization through talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Experience in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and HR Compliance
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors is advantageous
