Role Overview
We are looking for a highly disciplined, system-driven HR Manager who can independently handle complete HR operations with a strong focus on MIS reporting, process control, and accountability.
This role is for someone who believes in execution, not just HR theory.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycle (hiring to onboarding)
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and HRMS
- Maintain employee records and site manpower data (from office)
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to management (mandatory)
- Ensure discipline, performance tracking, and process implementation
- Handle employee issues and internal coordination
- Manage basic office administration

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 5 years HR experience
- Strong hands-on Excel + MIS reporting (mandatory)
- Experience in payroll + recruitment + HR operations
- Ability to work independently without follow-ups
- Strong discipline, control mindset, and ownership
