Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee engagement and HR operations.
- Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage employee lifecycle independently.
- Knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes preferred.
