- People & Culture Manager / HR Manager
- Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Offistrip is building corporate travel infrastructure for modern companies. We help businesses manage corporate travel, team offsites, MICE, and employee travel operations through a combination of technology and strong operational support.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who can help us build a strong team culture, streamline hiring, and support our growth journey.
- Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Partnerships, Tech, and Support teams
- Create hiring strategies for rapid scaling
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Build internship and campus hiring programs
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
- Coordinate payroll and compliance processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build a positive and high-performance work culture
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and team activities
- Work closely with founders to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Support internal communication and workplace experience initiatives
Performance Management
- Assist in KPI and target-setting processes
- Conduct regular performance review coordination
- Help department managers improve accountability and productivity systems
Employer Branding
- Strengthen Offistrip’s employer brand across LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns
- Create engaging hiring and company culture content
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
- Startup experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience hiring sales and operations teams is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ownership-driven environment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms
