Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and non‑engineering roles, from requisition to joining
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking
Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines
Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines, dashboards, and hiring reports
Handle offer negotiations and successfully close candidates within defined turnaround times (TAT)
