Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mohali district. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing onboarding and training processes, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also support organizational growth by collaborating with management on strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, labor laws, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with HR software systems and reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
- Prior experience in the shipping or maritime industry is advantageous but not required
