Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Lucknow. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle employee training and development, monitor compliance with labor laws, and manage performance appraisal systems. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
- Skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving ability, and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in the real estate or financial industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is beneficial
