Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including statutory compliance, industrial relations, and payroll management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle workforce-related challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disputes, grievances
• Oversee payroll processing, salary structuring, and statutory deductions
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, exit)
• Maintain HR records and ensure audit readiness
• Support management in decision-making through HR analytics and reports
Key Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Proven experience in IR handling and payroll management
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS office, particularly in excel
