Hiring: HR & Operations Executive

🏭 Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Industrial Sector
We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Executive to manage recruitment, workforce coordination, employee engagement, and operational processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment, onboarding & training
• Attendance, leave & workforce management
• SOP creation & process improvement
• KPI tracking & performance reviews
• Coordination between Production, Sales, Accounts & Admin teams
• Maintaining discipline and positive work culture
Requirements:
• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience
• Strong recruitment & training background
• Manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of Google Sheets & documentation tools
