Job position: HR Intern
Location: NRI Rd, V I T Campus, Sector-36, Karolan Ka Barh, Seesyawas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 303012
Timings: Sift 1: 12:00 AM–5:30 PM / Sift 2: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
Job Type: Hybrid
Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to wednesday in office, Thursday to sunday work from home)
Salary/Stipend: 1000 INR-3000 INR/month (var as per performance)
Duration: 3 Months (30-day unpaid training period)
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a human resources intern located in Jaipur. The responsibilities include assisting with HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and contributing to employee benefits administration. The intern will collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience with various human resource functions. Additionally, the role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisted in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Supported HR operations and documentation, maintaining employee records, onboarding files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively participated in employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.
- Helped in HR communication, drafting emails, interview updates, offer letters, and internal announcements. Assisted in organizing employee engagement activities, team meetings, and internal events to enhance workplace culture.
- Supported attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination under HR supervision.
- Conducted HR research and reporting, including preparation of recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR analytics summaries.
- Ensured compliance with HR policies and company guidelines, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- 0-1 year of experience in related background
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, designing and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively hybrid in a collaborative environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the HR field
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
