Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – HR is responsible for supporting and managing daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR activities and helps maintain a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Maintain healthy employee engagement activities.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Track employee goals and development plans.
Support managers in performance reviews.
Training & Development
Identify training needs of employees.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Recruitment and employee handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Experience:
3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferred Qualities:
