Role OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resource Manager who can drive end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on payroll management and statutory compliance, while supporting a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles (Computer Vision, DevOps, Backend, BD, etc.)
- Handle complete payroll process including salary processing, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, TDS, labor laws, and audits
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements
- Oversee employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance activities
- Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees to ensure smooth communication

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to payroll and compliance

- Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment is preferred
- Ability to manage confidential data with high integrity
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
