Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance to clients on immigration and visa processes. Responsibilities include assisting clients with visa applications, resolving immigration-related queries, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and offering detailed advice on visa best practices and documentation requirements. The role requires close collaboration with clients and stakeholders and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless process for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visa application processes
- Proficient in Consulting and guiding clients regarding immigration and legal advice
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize and assist clients effectively
- Experience in providing Immigration and Visa Consultancy services is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of client cases
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in immigration consulting are a plus
- Knowledge of the immigration regulations in key countries is an added advantage
