Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Naukripay Group, based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment strategies, employee onboarding, and compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, fostering employee engagement, addressing workplace concerns, and crafting strategies to enhance productivity and retention. Collaboration with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience with HR Compliance, Policies, and Labor Regulations
- Knowledge of Training and Development, Employee Engagement, and Retention Strategies
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role is highly desirable
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
