Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and develop workplace policies. The role includes implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, designing training and development initiatives, and driving organizational performance through effective HR programs. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with overall business objectives, creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policy development
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools for managing employee data
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and performance management programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR roles within the recruitment or talent management industry is a plus
