Role Description
The Assistant Manager Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing onboarding and employee engagement, and supporting performance management initiatives. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in creating strategies to optimize employee retention, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with department heads to align HR objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in Employee Relations, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management and HR Policy Implementation
- Understanding of Employment Law and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to support organizational development
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM or PHR is an advantage)
- Experience in HR within diverse industries or startups is a plus
