Company Description
Most business software makes you work around it. We're building software that works for you.
naise.app is an AI-native Business Operating System — purpose-built to take the operational weight off organisations and put it where it belongs: on the AI. We embed advanced AI directly into the workflows that run businesses every day — HR, compliance, decision-making, cross-team collaboration — so that the people inside those organisations can focus on work that actually moves the needle.
We don't bolt AI on. We build it in.
The result is a platform where complex processes become simple, data drives decisions instead of delaying them, and every team member — from the C-suite to the front line — works with tools that meet them where they are.
We're early, we're growing fast, and we're looking for people who want to shape what an AI-first operating system actually looks like in practice — not in theory. If you're the kind of person who sees a broken workflow and immediately starts redesigning it, you'll fit right in.
