Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support managers with coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The role also involves designing and implementing HR processes, leading training and development initiatives, driving engagement activities, and supporting leadership with HR analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Experience in designing and delivering training, supporting learning and development programs, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
- Solid skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and the use of HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within real estate, construction, or a related sector, is preferred.
