This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive work environment, bridging the gap between management and our diverse workforce—covering both white-collar staff and blue-collar workers—and ensuring seamless shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
Blue-Collar Hiring: Manage recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers, including machine operators and helpers.
White-Collar Hiring: End-to-end recruitment for office staff, production engineers, quality testers, and supervisory roles.
2. Workforce & Shop-Floor Management

Discipline: Implement and monitor factory standing orders, ensuring discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
Payroll Support: Prepare monthly master-roll data for both permanent and on-contract employees, ensuring accurate calculation of overtime (OT) and bonuses.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for workers; resolving disputes and maintaining a strike-free, harmonious environment.
Bridging the Gap: Facilitate clear communication between the factory management team (white-collar) and the production workforce (blue-collar).
4. Statutory Compliance & Safety
Labor Laws: Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Industrial Disputes Act.
Statutory Filings: Hands-on management of PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, PT, and MLWF filings.
Health & Safety: Coordinate workplace safety audits, maintain First Aid records, and organize mandatory safety training/EHS drills.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in HR. Mandatory experience in a manufacturing or factory environment dealing with labor management.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and Marathi is highly preferred to engage effectively with local workers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for payroll and attendance) and familiarity with HRMS software.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the "tough-but-fair" mindset required for industrial labor relations.
- Location Preference: We highly encourage candidates residing in Virar, Vasai, or Nalasopara to apply for easier commute and local area familiarity.
