We’re Hiring | HR Manager | Hubli
MWB Groups is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Hubli.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for industrial and corporate functions
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, labor laws, and factory regulations
- Handle recruitment across multiple verticals, including wellness, accounts, finance, and operations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee payroll coordination and performance management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals, with a strong emphasis on labor policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial HR
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and factory HR operations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Additional Details:
- Location: Hubli
- CTC: 6 LPA
- Travel: Occasional travel within Karnataka and Goa
