About the Company
Multi Recruit is currently hiring for the role of Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition, seeking a dynamic professional with 6+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a strong blend of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Prior experience in a Lead HR or HR Generalist role is highly preferred, along with proven expertise in managing and scaling teams within growing organizations (20–50 employees).
Candidates with a background in recruitment or staffing firms will have a strong advantage. Additionally, the role requires hands-on experience in hiring strategies, stakeholder management, and building high-performing teams.

This role will focus on:
- Driving internal hiring (40%)
- Leading HR operations and people practices (60%)
- Building a strong culture, engagement, and employee experience framework
This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end ownership of HR.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Own end-to-end internal hiring across:
- Recruitment teams
- Sales / Business Development
- HR & Accounts
- MIS & Support functions
- Client Associate/Client Relations
- Partner with business leaders on hiring plans and team expansion
- Build strong candidate pipelines and improve quality of hire
- Plan and build strategies to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Manage and mentor 1/2 recruiter (internal hiring)
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer conversion, and hiring efficiency
HR Operations & People Practices (60%)
HR Operations
- Own and manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance
- Build and streamline HR processes and systems
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives to build a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs
- Enhance overall employee experience across the organization
Retention & Employee Wellbeing
- Design and implement retention strategies
- Analyze attrition trends and take proactive measures
- Work closely with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and stability
Performance Management
- Develop and implement KPI & KRA frameworks across functions
- Drive goal-setting and performance review cycles
- Support managers in building accountability and performance culture
Team Management
- Lead and manage 1-3 team members (HR/TA Executive)
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in HR with a mix of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Prior experience in a Lead HR / Generalist role preferred
- Experience in recruitment/staffing firms is a strong advantage
- Experience managing/hiring for growing teams (20–50 employees)
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
