Role Description
1. Human Resources (Internal Foundation)
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, specifically for technical site engineers and sales executives familiar with sports infrastructure.
- Policy Development: Drafting and implementing an employee handbook, attendance systems, and leave policies tailored for both office and field staff.
- Performance Management: Facilitating quarterly reviews and aligning individual goals with the company’s project timelines.
- Employee Engagement: Building a cohesive culture between the Agra headquarters and various project sites across India.
2. General Administration (Operational Efficiency)
- Office Management: Overseeing daily operations of the Agra office, managing vendors, and ensuring all physical infrastructure is maintained.
- Compliance: Ensuring all local business licenses, renewals, and insurance requirements for sports projects are up to date.
3. Strategic Vendor Registration (Growth Catalyst)
- Corporate Empanelment: Leading the formal registration process to get MSG Sports Infratek listed as a preferred vendor with Tata Group, Godrej, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Reliance Foundation, etc.
- Documentation Management: Preparing and maintaining a "Master Technical Pitch Deck" and documentation repository (ISO certifications, financial track records, and project completion certificates) required for corporate procurement portals.
4. Data Mining
- Database Development: Systematically mining data from platforms like LinkedIn, Zauba Corp, Indiamart, and industry directories to identify MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil Contractors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience in HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Policy Implementation
- Expertise in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and build relationships across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage)
- Prior experience in managing HR functions in the manufacturing or sports infrastructure industry is a plus
