Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The duties involve implementing HR policies, addressing employee concerns, and managing training and development programs. The role also includes fostering a positive work environment, maintaining HR records, and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning and collaboration with department leads.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Training & Development
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
- Proficiency in HR software and data management systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in HR management roles, preferably within industries involving craftsmanship, design, or retail
