Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Head to lead the HR function for a growing interior design and build firm. The role involves driving hiring, building HR processes, and fostering a strong, creative work culture aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across design, project, and corporate roles
- Build and implement HR policies, processes, and performance systems
- Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture
- Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Support leadership in organizational planning and team development
Requirements
- 7–8 years of HR experience (preferably in design, architecture, or project-based industries)
- Strong hiring and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
