Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Manager who can lead and manage the human resources function at Mobilab. In this role, you will drive recruitment, build HR processes, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with company growth.
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, benefits administration, and attendance management.
- Drive performance review cycles, goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), and employee development initiatives.
- Build and nurture a strong company culture aligned with Mobilab’s mission and values.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning, workforce strategy, and talent retention.
Who You Are
You are a people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Specifically, you are:
- Experienced with 5+ years in HR management (preferably in startups or product companies).
- Strong in recruitment and talent acquisition across diverse roles.
- Well-versed in HR operations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively.
- Experienced in payroll management, compensation structuring, and HR systems.
- Capable of building HR processes from the ground up in a scaling organization.
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
