About the RoleMM Mithaiwala is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to build, streamline, and manage the entire HR function. This role requires ownership of end-to-end HR operations, including policy creation, SOP implementation, workforce management (blue-collar & white-collar), and HR system setup.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Setup- Establish and implement HR frameworks, policies, and processes from scratch
- Design and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Ensure HR practices align with business goals and compliance requirements
2. HRMS Implementation & Management- Identify, implement, and manage HRMS systems
- Ensure smooth integration for both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Handle end-to-end hiring (A–Z) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build strong pipelines for both operational staff (shop floor, kitchen, delivery, etc.) and corporate roles
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
4. Employee Lifecycle Management- Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and exit processes
- Develop structured induction and training programs
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
5. Policy Development & Compliance- Draft and implement company HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, especially for blue-collar workforce
- Handle documentation, audits, and statutory requirements
6. Performance & Culture Building- Set up performance management systems (KPIs, reviews, appraisals)
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Address grievances and maintain discipline across all levels
7. Operations & Administration- Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, shift management, and workforce planning
- Maintain HR data, reports, and analytics for management review
Key Requirements- Proven experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
- Strong understanding of HRMS tools and HR automation
- Experience in setting up HR processes/SOPs from scratch
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
