Role Description
Mindful Rejuvenation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Kochi facility.
The HR Manager will oversee all core human resource functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring effective workforce management and maintaining a supportive workplace culture in a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of healthcare and administrative staff
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Managing payroll coordination, attendance, and employee benefits
- Supporting performance management and staff training initiatives
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (mandatory)
- Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Culture Development
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development
- Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential HR information with professionalism
- Experience with training, performance management, and staff development
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage
