Role: HR Manager – Talent & Culture Lead

Location: New Delhi (Full-time, On-site)

We are a fast-growing startup, and we know our biggest asset isn't our inventory, it's our people. We’re looking for a driven, people-first HR Manager to help us scale our team and build a culture where top talent thrives.
The Role: This isn't your traditional, paperwork-heavy HR role. We need a strategic partner who is obsessed with two things: finding the best talent out there and making sure they never want to leave. You will be the architect of our team’s growth and the guardian of our startup culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Acquisition (The Hunter):
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process. From crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates across all departments (design, marketing, operations, retail).
- Build a strong employer brand that makes 9FIGR a magnet for young, hungry, and innovative talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies, we want someone who looks beyond just the standard job boards.
- Talent Retention & Culture (The Builder):
- Design and implement onboarding experiences that make new hires feel connected and impactful from day one.
- Create initiatives that foster a high-performance, highly engaged culture. We want to work hard, but we also want to love where we work.
- Develop programs for employee growth, recognition, and continuous feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all things people-related.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably within a startup, retail, or fast-paced environment.
- You are a natural networker with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring excellent candidates.
- You understand that "culture" is more than just ping-pong tables; it's about purpose, growth, and how we treat each other.
- You are highly adaptable, empathetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence.
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and can build trust across all levels of the organization.
- You are excited by the challenge of building HR processes from the ground up.
