Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Melstarr Aviation Learning Academy, located in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and regulatory compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational strategies aligned with the academy's mission of operational excellence and safety. The Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace culture.
Qualification
- 3–5 years of HR experience (minimum)
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to build a skilled and diverse workforce
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and labor laws in India
- Experience in delivering training and development programs to elevate staff competence and productivity
- Strong organizational, performance management, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software, tools, and data management systems
- Experience in FTO/ATO/Airline or aviation/training sector preferred.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
