Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support learning & development activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Support organizational development and HR strategy implementation.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Experience in handling large workforce operations will be an added advantage.
